A network of responsible farmers from Nelamangala
Mr. Maganappa works with 450 farmers across Nelamangala, providing end-to-end support, from seed material to daily crop guidance and preparation of natural inputs like jeevamrutha, kashaya, and neem oil. Farm visits and regular farmer meetings ensure uniform practices and continuous learning across the group. On harvest days, produce arrives at his warehouse from 4 pm onwards, is weighed and graded the same night, and supplied as chemical-free, group-certified vegetables and fruits
Petrichor's own regenerative farm
Our Doddabele farm is a 2.5-acre model regenerative farm where we have been practicing regenerative agriculture principles such as multi-cropping, intercropping, and cover cropping. Through detailed soil studies, water mapping, and ecosystem assessment, the farm has become the base for developing our own package of practices, growing a diverse range of crops in alignment with the land’s natural capacity.
