Instead of relying on chemical inputs, he strengthens the soil using natural formulations and biological preparations, allowing the plants to develop resilience and balanced growth. Pest and disease pressure is managed through traditional, low-intervention practices that support the farm’s ecological harmony. Raspberries are grown under protected polyhouse conditions, where light, airflow, and moisture are carefully regulated to suit the crop’s sensitive nature. Given the delicacy of the plant and fruit, each stage, from flowering to harvest, is closely observed and nurtured.
