Our chikoo is grown naturally, without chemical inputs, and allowed to ripen on the tree at its own pace. We work with some of the sweetest local varieties, which is why the fruit is soft, dense, and naturally rich in flavour rather than watery or bland. Smaller variations in size and texture are normal, but the taste is consistently sweet and true, just the way chikoo is meant to be when grown patiently and harvested right.

Pest and fungal control is managed through natural inputs such as traditional kashayas, neem oil sprays, and fermented buttermilk solutions, which strengthen plant resilience while maintaining ecological balance. This low-intervention, soil-focused approach results in clean, flavourful grapes grown with care and attention at every stage of cultivation.
